<p>[Problem] To provide a transparent conductive film exhibiting excellent transparency, conductivity, and gas barrier properties, and an organic thin film solar cell exhibiting excellent conversion efficiency and stability over time. [Solution] A transparent conductive film (1) is provided with the following, in order, on a plastic film substrate (10): a gas barrier film (20) which has a water vapor permeability of at most 5×10-3g/m2/day, and which is formed by alternately forming at least one organic layer (21) and at least one inorganic layer (22) so that the uppermost layer is an inorganic layer (22); and a conductive layer (30) having auxiliary metal wiring (32), which is formed in a pattern and in which a plurality of metal fine wires have a plurality of openings (32p), and having a transparent conductive layer (31) comprising a transparent conductive resin at least filled into the openings (32p).</p> |
