摘要 <p>The present invention highly accurately measures a thickness even in a state wherein a liquid is adhered to the surface of a sheet-like subject to be measured. This thickness measuring apparatus is provided with: a measuring head (12), which sandwiches a sheet-like subject to be measured (P), said measuring head sandwiching the subject on both the surfaces of the subject; and a measuring head moving means (14), which moves the measuring head (12) in the width direction of the subject. The measuring head (12) has: a first measuring head unit (120) disposed in contact with one surface of the subject; and a second measuring head unit (121), which faces the measuring head unit (120) with the subject therebetween, and which is disposed in contact with the other surface of the subject. The measuring head units (120, 121) sandwich the subject in a predetermined pressing state, and while maintaining the state, the measuring head units reciprocate in the width direction of the subject. The measuring head unit (12) has an eddy-current sensor (121b), which measures the distance between the first and the second measuring head units (120, 121).</p>
