PURPOSE: An electric heating roasting device is provided to maintain constant temperature for a long period of time at low electricity consumption by storing a large portion of heat of ceramic heaters in sub heating members. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating roasting device(10) comprises a case(20), an opening and closing cover(30) which is formed by interposing a cover insulator in a hollow of a partition plate and installed at the front of the case, a plurality of sub heating members(40) which are installed on the right, left, top, and bottom sides in the case, and a plurality of ceramic heaters which are installed on inclinations at the rear upper corner and right and left corners in the case to create heat radiation toward a cooking tray(21). |
