PURPOSE: An insert component for a cam shaft adjusting device including an economical central locking is provided to be assembled and manufactured at low costs. CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft adjusting device (1) includes an insert component (2) that is originally separated from a driving member (3) and an output member (4). The insert component is placed with two movable blocking members in a shaft direction so as to approach the blocking contact state.
