INCREASE OF WORK FUNCTION USING DOPED GRAPHENE

摘要

PURPOSE: A graphene with increased work function, manufacturing method thereof and an electronic device including the same are provided to improve efficiency by using for transparent electrodes of electric components such as LED and OLED by having work function value higher than existing values. CONSTITUTION: A graphene with increased work function comprises graphene; and transition metal dopant doped on a graphene surface. The transition metal dopant contains one or more kinds among iridium, molybdenum, osmium, rhodium, gold and palladium.
