PURPOSE: A mold for forming an air duct of a car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily separate a molded article from the mold. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a mold for forming an air duct of a car comprises following steps. Upper(100) and lower molds are combined, and an injection molding product is formed. A return pin(120) of the upper mold slides an inclined core(110) by a spring when the upper mold is separated from the lower mold. The corner of the molded article inserted into an injection molding part(101) is pushed, and undercuts are removed. The return pin of the lower mold slides the inclined core. The inclined core pushes the injection molding product and the corner of the molding product to remove the undercuts. A sliding pin of the lower mold is moved up to lift the injection molding product. |
