<p>The invention relates to a system for supplying power to an alternator (G) capable of operating in a motor mode and in an alternator mode, including: a static startup frequency converter (SFC) for supplying power to the stator of the alternator (G) in the motor mode; and an energizing system (EXC) for supplying power to the rotor of the alternator. The system includes a single combined transformer (T) which is connected to an electrical network via primary windings (P1, P2, P3), which is connected to the static startup frequency converter (SFC) and to the energizing system (EXC) via secondary windings (SC, SE, SC1, SC2), and which is to supply power to said converter and to said energizing system in the motor mode and in the alternator mode, said combined transformer (T) including, for each phase, at least two separate primary windings (P1, P2, P3) so as to reduce the magnetic coupling between the secondary windings (SC, SE, SC1, SC2).</p> |
