The three-dimensional virtual liver surgery planning system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a DICOM receiving module for receiving an abdominal CT volume dataset from a PACS server; a DICOM loading and noise-removing module for loading the received abdominal CT volume dataset and removing noise; a standard liver volume (SLV) estimation module for estimating a standard liver volume from the noise-removed abdominal CT volume dataset; a liver extraction module for extracting a three-dimensional liver region; a blood vessel extraction module for extracting a three-dimensional blood vessel region including the hepatic portal vein, the hepatic artery, the hepatic vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC); a tumor extraction module for extracting a three-dimensional tumor region; a liver division module for dividing the extracted three-dimensional liver region into a plurality of sections by a reference point, selected by a user or a spherical editing tool; and a liver surgery planning module for planning three-dimensional liver surgery using a cut plane, liver sections, or the spherical editing tool. |
