This terminal holding apparatus has a holding means, a drop preventing means, a rail, and an arm section. The holding means holds a terminal apparatus. The drop preventing means prevents the terminal apparatus from dropping from the holding means by having the position of the drop preventing means adjusted corresponding to the size of the terminal apparatus. The rail has the drop preventing means sliding thereon, and specifies a movable range with respect to the holding means. The arm section has one end slidably connected to the rail, and attaches the holding means to a subject to be attached to.
