PURPOSE: A production method of rod shaped rice cake is provided to offer various nutrients and savory taste to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: Meat, processed food, favorite food, sea food, seaweed, fruit, seasonings, and other ingredients are dried under the moisture content of 6%. The dried ingredients are crushed into 50-150 meshes. More than one kind of dried ingredient powder is attached to the surface of the rod shaped rice cake using a rice cake attaching device. The drying includes solar drying or freeze-drying. |
