PURPOSE: A heat insulating material for road pavement is provided to improve the durability and heat insulation properties of a road pavement. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating material for road pavement comprises a MMA(methyl methacrylate) resin, an infrared-ray reflecting pigment, and a hollow ceramic coated with a hydrophobic material. The hydrophobic material is produced by mixing one or more of methyl, methacrylate, vinyl, amino, epoxy, and silane. |
