PSF ESTIMATION METHOD, RESTORATION METHOD OF DETERIORATED IMAGE BY USING METHOD, PROGRAM RECORDING THEM, AND COMPUTER DEVICE EXECUTING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: in restoring an image deteriorated due to camera shake, it is important to estimate a PSF which is a locus of the camera shake, and conventionally there is a method for determining the PSF by performing pixel search from a cepstrum of a deteriorated image or the camera shake vector of a deteriorated image is obtained by operation of an operator.SOLUTION: A pseudo deteriorated image obtained by acting a candidate PSF to a template image is generated for a cepstrum of a deteriorated image, and a PSF is estimated by evolving the candidate PSF toward a true PSF by using a genetic algorithm with the similarity between the cepstrum of the pseudo deteriorated image and that of the deteriorated image as a degree of candidate PSF application to restore the deteriorated image.
