PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cache control device or the like capable of improving access performance to a main memory.SOLUTION: An internal priority acquisition unit 170 acquires an access frequency and an access time which correspond to an address of data stored in a cache memory 4 from an access frequency storage unit 130 and an access time storage unit 140 respectively, and acquires internal priority by multiplying mutually. An external priority acquisition unit 180 acquires an access time corresponding to an address which is an object of an access request as external priority from the access time storage unit 140. A cache update unit 200 determines whether or not to replace the data stored in the cache memory 4 with the data of the address which is the object of the access request on the basis of a comparison result of the internal priority and the external priority when the data of address which is the object of the access request does not hit the cache memory 4. |
