PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire coating material which gives coating improved in flexibility at high temperatures, and an electric wire.SOLUTION: An electric wire coating material contains a fluororubber (A) and a carbon black (B). The electric wire coating material is characterized in that, in a dynamic viscosity test (measurement frequency: 1 Hz, measurement temperature: 100°C) using a rubber process analyzer (RPA), a difference δG'(G'(1%)-G'(100%)) between a shear elastic modulus G'(1%) with dynamic distortion of 1% and a shear elastic modulus G'(100%) with dynamic distortion of 100% under non-crosslinking is 150 kPa or more and 3000 kPa or less. |
