PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print managing system capable of realizing flexible device use which is not seized with use authority and comprising means for unauthorized use prevention, while regular authentication and security level are maintained.SOLUTION: A manager terminal 104 sets charging destination information which can temporarily be selected by a user and transmits the information to a server. When receiving user log-in, a multifunction machine 110 acquires, from the server 106, the charging destination information attached to user identification information of the user performing log-in, and displays it on a display. When the charging destination information to which selection authority is temporarily given is selected from the charging destination information displayed on the display, authentication information for using the charging destination information is required.
