PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely link a domestic power system having a distributed type power generation system with a commercial power system.SOLUTION: After a commercial power system is restored from power failure, it is confirmed whether or not a primary side voltage V1 and a secondary side voltage V2 of a remote disconnect breaker 32 have a rated voltage. Then, when both the primary side voltage V1 and the secondary side voltage V2 have the rated voltage, a contactor 33 is operated to link a domestic power system with the commercial power system. Thus, the commercial power system is recovered from the power failure, and then the domestic power system is prevented from being charged while a user is not aware of that fact. As a result, user's safety is secured. |
