PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information into an appropriate information collection server while taking into account protection of user privacy.SOLUTION: When a user terminal uploads information to a network server, it is determined that in which information collection server the information is important among information collection servers, a label corresponding to a determined field is added to header information and information with the label is transmitted to a control server. The control server receives the information with the label, transmits the received information with the label to the network server, and generates information by deleting identification information of a user from the received information with the label. The control server specifies an information collection server which is a transmission destination of the information generated from the header information and transmits the generated information to the specified information collection server. |
