PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid recovery tank device capable of protecting a load cell and performing measurement highly precisely.SOLUTION: A fluid recovery tank device provided with a frame body 3 having movable wheels 31 on a lower part, includes a cylindrical tank body 1 and a suspended member 2 which retains an upper part 1a of the tank body 1 in a suspended state so as to be freely swung over 360° and has a load cell 21. The fluid recovery tank device further includes: a swing detecting means 5 which detects that the tank body 1 is inclined at a predetermined regulation swing angle; a lock means 6 for fixing the tank body 1 at a lock inclination angle that is the predetermined regulation swing angle or more; and a display portion 7 for displaying that measurement by means of the load cell 21 is impossible based on a swing detection signal emitted from the swing detecting means 5.
