PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling indoor ventilation are provided to reduce noise by performing independent ventilation for each indoor space. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling indoor ventilation comprises a ventilation diffuser(110), a supply diffuser(120), a heat exchanger(150), and a controller(160). The ventilation diffuser and the supply diffuser are connected to a ventilation pipe and a supply pipe respectively and generate opening and closing signals following the manipulation of a switch. The heat exchanger ventilates indoor air outside and supplies outside air into the indoor space. The controller controls the power for a ventilation fan and a supply fan based on the opening and closing signals.
