PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device which offers a stable moving range of a wiper and a compact structure.SOLUTION: A wiper device, which moves a wiper blade back and forth with a bi-directionally rotatable motor, includes a sensor arm which rotates integrally with a motor shaft, sensor means which detects movement of the sensor arm at least at a first detection position and a second detection position, a stopper arm, and first and second mechanical ends which limit a rotational range of the stopper arm. The first and second mechanical ends are located outside the detection range of the sensor means. At a first position, the motor stops between the first detection position and the first mechanical end while, at a second position, the motor stops between the second detection position and the second mechanical end. |
