PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition for plastic working that can obtain excellent processability under a severe processing condition in plastic working of a rectangular product of aluminum and an aluminum alloy, in which an oil agent can be is easily removed after the plastic working, and that is excellent in stability.SOLUTION: A lubricant composition for plastic working includes: at least one base oil chosen from a mineral oil and a synthetic oil; 5-30 mass% of a 8-24C aliphatic monohydric alcohol; 1-30 mass% of a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether shown by the following general formula (1) whose HLB value is 9-14, based on the total amount of the composition, and is used for plastic working of aluminum or an aluminum alloy without being diluted with water. R-O-(R-O)-R(1). In the formula (1), Rdenotes a 1-30C alkyl group or a hydrogen atom; Rdenotes a 2-4C alkylene group; Rdenotes a 1-30C alkyl group; and n denotes an integer of 2-20. |
