PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a functional polymer film in which even if a conductive polymer having strong acidity is used while considering so that a cost should not soar, a member is used so that the deterioration is controlled.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a conductive polymer resin film comprises obtaining the conductive polymer resin film by applying an aqueous solution of a conductive polymer resin as a conductive layer to a surface of a polymer resin film using a coating apparatus, wherein a doctor blade is one in which a ceramic coating is applied to the surface or one made of a plastic, a pick up roll is one in which chromium plating is applied to the surface, and a circumferential velocity ratio of the pick up roll to a conveyance speed of the polymer resin film is 50 to 150%. |
