PURPOSE: A production management system and a production management method thereof are provided to display the production information of a member on a member image by processing the image of an identifier or the image of a member. CONSTITUTION: An identifier processing unit (130) extracts an identifier from the image of the identifier displayed on a member and converts the extracted identifier into member information. An image processing unit (140) processes the image of the identifier or the image of the member and obtains scale information and the location vector of the member. A matching unit (150) matches the member of the image and the member of shape information by using the location vector and the scale information. A production information output unit (160) displays the production information extracted from the member information on the matched member on the image.
