PURPOSE: A production method of compost through granulating and fermenting excrement sludge is provided to increase the fermentation rate of the compost, to perform the granulation and drying before the fermentation, to add necessary components, to remove bad smells from the fermentation, and to collect combustible gas. CONSTITUTION: A production method of compost through granulating and fermenting excrement sludge comprises the following steps: dehydrating the excrement sludge containing human excrements or livestock excrements, and transferring the obtained cake; crushing the cake using a cake crusher; molding the crushed cake into micro-circular particles using a granulator (130) including a cyclone, and drying the cake; and mixing and fermenting the molded particles in a fermenter (140) with an air supplying unit (143). Additives are inserted in the molding step. The additives contain a fermentation enzyme (133) and an organic material (135) including coconut husk.
