What is described is an anti-snoring device for positioning within the mouth cavity of a person. The invention is characterized in that a displacement member (9) is provided with a shape and size suitable for placement within the mouth cavity between the bottom of the tongue and the musculature at the bottom of the mouth, said member lifting the tongue in toward the mouth cavity, that the displacement member is functionally connected to a mouthpiece-shaped element (8) placed between the teeth of the upper and lower jaw, and that the mouthpiece shaped element provides a passage opening (15) for ventilation of the mouth cavity with breathed air. |
