The apparatus is designed as an insert label type assembly, where a label top (20) is provided with a passive transponder with a complete electronic Radio frequency identification (RFID) and sensor (21), and an antenna (22). The label top is connected to a lancet-like skewer (13), in which the conductor tracks (10) are provided to connect the electronic RFID and sensor with the contact electrodes (11,12) for impedance measurement through a sensor interface (23). The contact electrodes provided in a lower level of the skewer.
