PURPOSE: A hydroforming punching apparatus and a hydroforming method thereof are provided to prevent the fault occurrence of a product during hydroforming and to improve product formability. CONSTITUTION: A hydroforming punching apparatus includes a punching unit (30), a tube-expanding solution feeding unit (50), a material stopping unit (70). The punching unit is inserted into the end of a hydroforming material. The tube-expanding solution feeding unit is provided for the punching unit to supply a tube expanding solution to the inside of the material. The material stopping unit is provided on the punching unit; enables internal foreign substances to be discharged to the outside when the tube-expanding solution is supplied; and improves the air tightness between the material and a punch during a hydroforming process.
