PURPOSE: A metering outfit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement a compact product by installing a first shielded insulating component simultaneously performing an insulation function and a shielding function. CONSTITUTION: A top cover is combined with the top of a body cover. A potential transformer is connected with the bottom of a bushing unit (100). A current transformer is arranged at the inside of the body cover. A first shielded insulating component (210) reduces partial discharge of an electric field. A primary coil (220) of the transformer is wound around the outer surface of a main insulating component.
