The coupling has a pivot bearing (17c) e.g. roller bearing, rotatably mounting a ball head (16c) relative to a towing vehicle i.e. passenger motor vehicle. The bearing is arranged between a coupling arm (14c) and a ball support (15c). A coupling ball and the ball support are formed fixedly or integrally connected with each other. The ball support is rotatably mounted at the coupling arm around a rotational axis by the pivot bearing. The ball support include an elongated ball support rotating shaft (28c) i.e. hollow shaft, for pivotally bearing the ball head at a coupling arm bearing section.
