PURPOSE: A slope angle adjustment device of a seating unit and a chair for a working vehicle with the same are provided to minimize bad effects to a human body due to the slope of the ground and to improve worker convenience by enabling a worker to get on a working vehicle to work. CONSTITUTION: A slope angle adjustment device of a seating unit comprises a base frame (10), a seating member (20), a plurality of links, and a driving unit. The base frame is supported in the bottom surface of a work space. The seating member is arranged on the top of the base frame to enable a worker to seat on. A plurality of links connects the seating member to the base frame to be rotated and enables the angle adjustment of the seating member about the base frame. The driving unit drives a plurality of links based on electrical signals.
