PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption information providing device for providing a list of fuel consumption information every traveling condition, which is appropriate for list display and has a profound effect on the fuel consumption. SOLUTION: The fuel consumption information providing device 100 has: an accelerator opening detection unit 11 for detecting an accelerator opening; a vehicle speed detection unit 12 for detecting a vehicle speed; a traveling condition determination unit 21 for dividing the traveling conditions from the start to stop into either process of a start process, a cruise process or a deceleration stop process; an evaluation unit 22 for evaluating an accelerator operation of each process as a numerical value; and chart display units 23, 14 for displaying a chart indicating a size of the numerical value of each process on three axes corresponding to each process.
