<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteocalcin fractionation measurement means simple in operation and excellent in measurement precision, specificity, and reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the following: an anti-osteocalcin monoclonal antibody which reacts with a C terminal region of Rattus norvegicus osteocalcin represented by a specific sequence and does not react with a C-terminal region of Bos taurus osteocalcin represented by a specific sequence number; an osteocalcin measurement reagent containing the antibody; an osteocalcin measurement method using the antibody or the measurement reagent; and a hybridoma methanothermus fervidus which produces an anti-osteocalcin monoclonal antibody and is represented by a deposition number of FERMP-21496. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
