PURPOSE: A damper assembly and a gas dust collecting device are provided to minimize damage and the separation to/of a disc of the damper assembly, thereby improving process efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A damper assembly(100) comprises a plate-shaped disc(110), a cylinder-shaped housing unit(120), a rod bar(150), a shaft bar(140), and a spring(130). One section of the housing unit is joined with the upside of the disc at right angle. The rod bar is joined to the other section of the housing unit and reciprocated in a longitudinal direction. The shaft bar is positioned along a longitudinal direction of an internal space and penetrates the center of the disc. The spring surrounds the external diameter of the shaft bar in a longitudinal direction, thereby providing an elastic force to between the upside of the disc and the other side of the housing unit. |
