PURPOSE: A urethane panel for moving a vehicle valve body is provided to reduce a distribution cost by containing a plurality of valves in a limited space. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bolt mounting holes is penetrated into an upper side of a pallet or a bottom of a carrying cage. An outer side supports of at least more than one column is placed on the main panel(42). A hole of a valve body(1) is inserted into the hole insertion member(43). A through hole is perpendicularly penetrated into the location corresponding to the bolt installation hole. A nut insertion part is formed in the urethane panel(4). A screw nut corresponding to the bolt is inserted into a nut insert area.
