PURPOSE: A manufacturing system for adhesive resin composition and a manufacturing method the adhesive resin composition using the same are provided to satisfy material properties necessary to be used for an adhesive film, to reduce manufacturing cost since a continuous processing is possible, and to be used in the packing industry field since the composition is eco-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing system for adhesive resin composition (900) manufactures an adhesive resin composition containing linear density polyethylene and polyisobutylene. The manufacturing system for adhesive resin composition comprises: an extruder (100) melts and mulls at least two or more resins; a cutting device (200) pelletizes the discharged mixed resin from the extruder; and a coating device (300) coats the pelletized mixed resin with polyethylene.
