PURPOSE: A dust lip of a shock absorber is provided to prevent the oil in a piston from being leaked and reinforce a sealing performance by removing a gap between a piston rod and a cap member and preventing foreign substances from flowing in the cap member. CONSTITUTION: A dust lip (30) of a shock absorber is formed in between the piston rod and the cap member and removes a gap which is between the piston rod and the cap member. The dust lip includes a container body (31), a wedge unit (33), a hanging unit (35), and an insertion groove (37). The wedge unit is formed on the upper outer circumference of the container body in order to be inclined so that the length of the circumference becomes shorter toward the upper part. The hanging unit is formed on the opposite side of the wedge unit in the container body to protrude to the circumference direction of the outside. The insertion groove is formed in between the wedge unit and the hanging unit in order that the outer circumference is dented. |
