PURPOSE: A flocking apparatus is provided to supply the pile after processing with air blow, thereby supplying the pile to a spray gun smoothly and spraying effectively. CONSTITUTION: A flocking apparatus comprises: a pile storage tank (10) supplying the pile to a stock pile transfer pipe (20); the pile transfer pipe which is the path of the pile supplied from the pile storage tank; a transfer screw (30), which is arranged in the pile transfer pipe, transferring the pile with rotation; a motor (40) rotating the transfer screw; a pile outputting tank (50) performing a blow process for the pile supplied through the pile transfer pipe in order to supply the pile smoothly to a spray gun (110) without aggregation; a pile transfer pipe (80) for supplying the pile in the pile outputting tank to the spray gun; a high pressure generator (90) for supplying a high pressure to the spray gun; an air compressor (100) providing the pneumatic pressure for spraying the pile from the pile outputting tank through the spraying gun; the spray gun for spraying the pile; a high pressure discharging plate electrifying the high pressure to the pile sprayed from an injection nozzle unit (111); and an operation control board. |
