PURPOSE: A separation film for gas penetration is provided to improve gas permeability in which oxygen or nitrogen permeability is remarkably improved in comparison with the conventional polybenzimidazole. CONSTITUTION: A polybenzimidazole based separation film for gas penetration includes a repeating unit represented by a chemical formula I. In the chemical formula I, Ar is a functional group having a specific structure, and R is one selected from hydrogen, a methyl group, a neopentyl group and a benzyl group.
