PURPOSE: Contents viewing verification device and method thereof are provided not to worsen a load of a network by not transmitting data for confirmation of viewing of contents in an operating computer while playing contents in a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user program of user terminals (10-50) includes a contents viewer unit and a signal input unit. The contents viewer unit plays at least one synthesized contents provided from an operating computer (100). When at least one second contents are exposed to the synthesized contents, the signal input unit receives at least one signal from a viewer. The operating computer interconnects profit configured in the played synthesized contents to information of the viewer according to data generated based on at least one signal information inputted to the signal input unit. The operating computer provides the profit to the interconnected viewer.
