PURPOSE: A compressor and an air conditioner is provided to improve cooling and heating performances and increase the circulation rate of a refrigerant in a system by injecting the refrigerant to different positions of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A compressor and an air conditioner comprises a housing (101), a compressing unit (120), and a driving unit (110). The compressing unit compresses a refrigerant in a multilayer in the housing. The driving unit drives the compressing unit. The compressing unit includes a plurality of cylinders (130,150,170) and one or more chambers (140). The cylinder compresses the refrigerant of different pressures. The cylinder compresses the refrigerant of the different pressures. The chamber connects the cylinders by being placed between the cylinders and draws the injected refrigerant.
