PURPOSE: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing pine mushroom powder is provided to offer the soft and chewy texture and the flavor of pine mushroom to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing pine mushroom powder comprises the following steps: drying frozen pine mushrooms, and crushing into 30-50 meshes to obtain the pine mushroom powder; soaking non-glutinous rice in water for 7-9 hours, and removing the moisture; adding water and salt into the non-glutinous rice, and crushing into 10-30 meshes to obtain non-glutinous rice powder; mixing the non-glutinous rice powder with 1-3wt% of pine mushroom powder, and sieving the mixture with a 10-30 mesh sieve before adding sugar; secondly sieving the mixture with the 10-30 mesh sieve; and steaming the mixture for 25-35 minutes before cooling at room temperature. |
