PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil stabilizer, the safety of which is significantly higher than the safety of a lime-based soil stabilizer, and with which a problem of environmental load increase originating from steam generation can be also solved.SOLUTION: A soil stabilizer is formed by mixing: a powder A with a composition containing 15.0-50.0 mass% of CaCO, 20.0-45.0 mass% of CaO, and 1.0-30.0 mass% of MgO, wherein the sum total content of CaCO, CaO, and MgO is 65.0 mass% or more; and a polymer flocculant B composed of water soluble particles containing 90 mass% or more of an acrylamide-acrylic acid copolymer, in such a way that a mass ratio A:B becomes 99.5:0.5 to 90.0:10.0. |
