PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an extract that can suppress a decrease of aromatic components in producing the extract via a step of concentrating an extracted liquid.SOLUTION: An extraction medium containing a first RO permeated liquid 3a obtained by concentrating a first extracted liquid 2a of a first raw material 1 by an RO film is used to extract a second raw material 11 to obtain a permeated liquid use extracted liquid 4a. The permeated liquid use extracted liquid 4a is concentrated by the RO film to obtain a permeated liquid use RO concentrate 5b, which is dried to obtain a powdery extract 6a.
