PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound source position determination device, a sound source position determination method, and a program which can determinate whether a sound source is close to or far from a microphone by using only a one-channel microphone input signal.SOLUTION: A sound source position determination device includes: a frame division section 20 for dividing an input signal into each frame, a feature quantity calculation section 30 for calculating feature quantity based on arrival time differences between a direct sound and indirect sounds of a sound source signal included in the input signal, a distance determination section 40 for comparing the calculated feature quantity and a predetermined threshold so as to determine a distance between a sound source and a microphone.
