PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll of a belt-like patch wherein a substrate, an adhesive layer and a release liner stacked in this order, which enables easy fixing of a winding end part of the roll of the belt-like patch when winding the belt-like patch and has a fine appearance without any deformation (imprinting) caused by a temporary adhesive layer when winding the belt-like patch.SOLUTION: A roll of a belt-like patch is obtained by winding the belt-like patch wherein a substrate, an adhesive layer and a release liner are stacked in this order. In the belt-like patch wherein a winding end part of the roll serves as a start point and 1/4 of exposing circumference in the winding direction of the roll serves as the end point, a temporary adhesive layer is formed on a surface of the release liner opposite to its surface on which the adhesive layer is formed, or on a surface of the substrate opposite to its surface on which the adhesive layer is formed. |
