The present invention relates to a composition, which can be utilized for preventing and treating an infection of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, and which contains as an active ingredient bacteriophage PA1Phi, a bacteriophage that can infect Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae and destroy Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae. The bacteriophage PA1Phi, which is the active ingredient of the composition according to the present invention, is characterized by having bactericidal activity with respect to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, and having a genome with a size of 34553 bp that is represented by sequence number 1. |
