PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated aluminum material suitable for welding, a method for stably producing the same, and a welded structure using the aluminum material for welding.SOLUTION: An oxide film 2 is formed on the surface of an aluminum material 1. The oxide film 2 comprises a porous aluminum oxide film layer 3 with a thickness of 20-500 nm formed on the surface side and a barrier-type aluminum oxide film layer 4 with a thickness of 3-30 nm formed on the basis material 5 side. In the porous aluminum oxide film layer 3, pores 31 with a diameter of 5-30 nm are formed. The aluminum material for welding is weldable via the oxide film 2. A method for producing the aluminum material for welding, and a welded structure of the aluminum material using the aluminum material for welding are provided.
