PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for performing quantitative evaluation of a make-up face on the basis of a makeup-face image.SOLUTION: A makeup-face image evaluation device includes: independent component analysis means for performing independent component analysis of a sample no-makeup-face image and a sample makeup-face image whose shape is specified to calculate the coefficient of each of a plurality of base vectors about each sample no-makeup-face image and sample makeup-face image; selection means for selecting a part of the plurality of base vectors as a plurality of base vectors for evaluation on the basis of the degree of variation of coefficients between the sample no-makeup-face images and the degree of variation of coefficients between the sample-makeup face images in each base vector; and evaluation information calculation means for acquiring evaluation information of a makeup-face image to be evaluated from the inner product of an evaluation image vector to be obtained from the makeup-face image to be evaluated, a target image vector to be obtained from a target makeup face-image, and each base vector for evaluation to be selected by the selection means. |
