PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition curable silicone emulsion release composition suitable for forming a releasable film having a high releasability from a tacky adhesive and good adhesion to a plastic film substrate, and a release film prepared by coating a plastic film with the composition and curing the coated composition.SOLUTION: An addition curable silicone emulsion release composition is prepared by blending and using mixtures of high-molecular weight organopolysiloxanes with a predetermined proportion, each containing an alkenyl group and a phenyl group at a predetermined ratio, in order to keep adhesion without deteriorating even when the amount of usage of an organopolysiloxane including a large amount of trifunctional siloxane units and alkenyl groups as an adhesion delivering ingredient is reduced, and to keep high releasability from an acrylic tacky adhesive.
