PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a tag position.SOLUTION: A radio communication device performing radio communication with a tag having a short-range radio communication module includes: a short-range radio communication module for measuring electric field intensity of a radio wave from the tag; a sensor for detecting the motion of the radio communication device; a position estimation unit for estimating the tag position on the basis of the electric field intensity measured by the short-range radio communication module the motion of the radio communication device detected by the sensor; and an output unit for outputting information representing the tag position estimated by the position estimation unit.
